CREATIN+
Strength
Strength · Power · Recovery

CREATIN+ is built around a single active at a full clinical dose: 5,000 mg of micronised creatine monohydrate per daily serving of three gummies. No proprietary blend, no alternative creatine salt, no supporting cast to pad the label. Creatine monohydrate is the most researched compound in sports nutrition, and the dose on this label is the dose the research was run on.

Clinically relevant dose The full 5 g, not a token amount
5,000 mg: the difference between a creatine product and a creatine-flavoured sweet

Creatine saturates the phosphocreatine stores in muscle, which is what allows rapid ATP regeneration during short, maximal efforts. The effect is dose dependent and the literature is built on roughly 3 to 5 g per day for maintenance. This is exactly where most creatine gummies fail: they contain a few hundred milligrams per serving, so reaching a research-backed dose would mean eating a handful of them every day.

CREATIN+ delivers 5,000 mg in three gummies. That is a level scoop of powder, in a format that does not require water, a shaker or washing up. From a compliance standpoint this matters more than it sounds. Creatine only works while you are taking it, and the most common reason people stop is not side effects but friction.

Creatine forms, bioavailability & formulation
Pharmacologically sound Monohydrate is the reference form
Why monohydrate and not one of the newer creatine salts

The supplement market regularly introduces alternative creatine forms, such as hydrochloride, ethyl ester, buffered creatine and magnesium chelate, usually at a higher price and with claims of superior absorption. When those forms have been compared directly with monohydrate under controlled conditions, none has demonstrated superior muscle creatine uptake or performance outcomes. Monohydrate remains the form on which virtually the entire evidence base rests.

Micronisation reduces particle size, which improves dispersion and the mouthfeel of a solid dosage form, without altering the molecule itself. The slightly grainy texture of a gummy at this dose is the creatine. A creatine gummy that is completely smooth is usually one that does not contain very much.

Clinically relevant dose 2,500 mg matches the trial dose
Hydrolysed peptides at 2.5 g: the dose the studies were actually run on

Intact collagen is far too large to be absorbed from the gut. Hydrolysis cuts it into short peptide chains, and it is these low molecular weight fragments, in particular those containing hydroxyproline, that reach the bloodstream. They do two things: they supply raw material, and they act as a signal to fibroblasts in the dermis to increase their own collagen production. The second mechanism is the more interesting one, and it is dose dependent.

The controlled trials on skin elasticity and on nail growth used 2.5 g of collagen peptides per day. COLLAGEN+ contains 2,500 mg. This is worth stating plainly, because a large share of the collagen market sits either far below this figure or discloses only a proprietary blend total, which makes comparison with the literature impossible.

Cofactors for skin, hair and nails
Formulated completely The cofactors are present, at real amounts
Why collagen without vitamin C is raw material with nobody to build it

Collagen synthesis is enzymatically dependent on vitamin C. Prolyl and lysyl hydroxylase, the enzymes that hydroxylate collagen chains and allow the triple helix to cross-link and stabilise, cannot function without it. A collagen supplement without vitamin C delivers substrate to a construction site with no crew. The 80 mg in this formula comfortably covers the requirement for the authorised claim.

The remaining cofactors each address a different tissue. Hyaluronic acid binds water within the dermis, which is the mechanism behind skin hydration and the appearance of plumpness. Biotin and zinc support keratin formation, the structural protein of hair and nails, which is a different protein from collagen and needs its own inputs. Bamboo silica supplies silicon for connective structure. This is a complete beauty formula rather than a single ingredient with a claim attached.

Scientific opinion on the substantiation of health claims related to vitamin C and normal collagen formation

Panel verdict
A complete beauty formula rather than a single ingredient. The peptide dose aligns with the published trials, and the cofactors are present at amounts that do something.
Most distinguishing feature
2,500 mg of type I and III peptides combined with 80 mg of vitamin C. The vitamin C is what most of the market leaves out.
Audience according to the panel
Anyone concerned with skin elasticity, brittle nails or hair structure, particularly from the mid-thirties onwards when endogenous collagen production declines.

Shilajit, adaptogens & testosterone optimisation
Scientifically solid Highest Shilajit concentration on the market
Shilajit ≥60% fulvic acid: the quality threshold that makes the difference

Shilajit is one of the best documented adaptogens for male hormone optimisation, but quality varies enormously. The active fraction is fulvic acid, a polyphenol complex that supports mitochondrial ATP production, stimulates testosterone release and increases the bioavailability of other minerals. A content of 60% or higher is the clinically studied standard. Cheaper products contain 5 to 20%.

D-aspartic acid (DAA) stimulates hypothalamic release of GnRH and LH, leading to higher testicular testosterone production. Fenugreek extract (≥50% saponins) partially inhibits 5-alpha-reductase and aromatase, leaving more free testosterone available. The combination of these three ingredients addresses testosterone optimisation on three different levels: production, availability and metabolism.

DIM, I3C, boron and oestrogen metabolism
Unique approach Hormone balance on several levels
DIM and I3C: hormone housekeeping through liver metabolism

The Hormone Balance Complex with DIM (di-indolylmethane) and I3C (indole-3-carbinol) is a pharmacologically intelligent addition that rarely appears in testosterone formulas. DIM and I3C are phytonutrients from cruciferous vegetables that steer oestrogen metabolism in the liver towards the 2-hydroxylation pathway, at the expense of the proliferative 16-hydroxylation pathway. In the context of testosterone optimisation this indirectly reduces the conversion of testosterone into oestradiol.

Boron (as boron citrate, the most bioavailable form) is an undervalued trace element that significantly increases free testosterone by inhibiting SHBG (sex hormone-binding globulin). Zinc as bisglycinate guarantees high uptake and supports the enzyme activity of 5-alpha-reductase and aromatase at a regulatory level. Combining boron and zinc with DIM and I3C creates a double hormone balance layer: less binding plus better metabolism.
